I. Getting help for Bigby and Kesi
The party needs to return to Clangdun to get help for Bigby. With Sorgul's help, they will learn than a Dwarven wizardess named Gunnas can transmute Bigby back to Flesh. She runs a shop in the inner city of Clangdun. The party will require special passes to get in to see her - and bringing the statue of Bigby will not be allowed.
The base cost for a Stone to Flesh spell from Gunnas (per DMG, p. 107) is 10gp x 6 x 15 = 900 gp. However, since she believes she has no real competition, she will bump this to 2,000 gp. The party's only recourse is to seek out another spellcaster - possibly a Cleric who can cast Miracle. There may be other options, but I'm not thinking of them now…
In addition to the 900 gp, Gunnas will quiz the party on their adventure. She is mainly interested in magic items and if the party is reticent about telling her details, she will surrepticiously cast Analyze Dweomer (the Still version, if need be) and study the party carefully.
In any event, the items she is most interested in will be Pavo's Frost Crystal and Roderick's Soul Gem. If Pavo is not along to meet her, then she will focus on the Soul Gem. She will reveal that another such gem was sold in Farflen recently (by Dhersion - though she does not know that).
Gunnas is a shrewd businesswoman. She runs her own shop and has in her employ a total of 12 people - five of which are PC class characters. These five serve as bodyguards for Gunnas and her shop and at least two of them are with her any time she meets prospective customers - and one of those is almost always Gorhild or Gunnik.

II. Gunnas's enemies
Naturally, someone as potent as Gunnas once in awhile draws the attention of someone more powerful - usually someone with a score to settle. In this case, that someone has enlisted the aid of a powerful Demon to exact his (or her) vengeance.
Note: This section was not used. The entire session involved fixing Kesi & Bigby and buying stuff…
As no “proper” challenges were overcome, I merely assigned a token CR of 7 to the adventure and gave each player the number of XP from the table. This was: 1,000 for Ursa and 825 each for Kesi, Bigby, Aramil, and Roderick.
