Kendrick, the wizard of Law, tackles Bigby and reintroduces Kesi to the party.

He does all this in response to a vision he had on November 11th which told him “Through Alchemy to Divination”. He interpreted this to mean that he should partake in the psychotropic plants used by the Etenaî and Dyanaî natives to evoke divinations. The subsequent drug-induced vision inspired him to research a “Chaos Watch” spell - derived from the mage Edric's epic “World Watch” spell.

Once he stole the center stone from Edric's World Watch table (held by Sorgul at the commune), Kendrick was able to scan the world to locate powerful sources of both Law and Chaos. He first found Kesi and recruited her to his cause of destroying Chaos. Later, he recruited “Eirik, Lawgiver” - whom some in the party had met when Arundel was kidnapped from the commune back on September 30th.

When it is clear that Kendrick's target is Bigby, Kesi balks and his fight quickly goes downhill. With Eirik trapped behind Roderick's “Blade Barrier” and Kesi refusing to blindly fight her former colleagues, Kendrick teleports back to his castle. There, he recruits his “ace-in-the-hole” allies: two Justicators (elegant, winged humanoid outsiders devoted to the punishment of chaos wherever it is found).

But even the two Justicators are insufficient to overcome the party and the badly-wounded Kendrick is forced to invoke one of his “Gemjump” gems to escape back to his tower. This time, though, the party follows - where Roderick Heals him (thus curing him of his apparent insanity) and Bigby Dominates him.

Even though Kendrick's actions were driven by insanity, Bigby removes the Chaos Watch spell from his spellbook just to be safe. He returns to Sorgul's commune with this spell (and Edric's center stone) to learn what he can.

The party agrees to meet again in one week's time at Aramil's newly-grown plant fortress.
