• Aubreck – Old washed-up merchant from Stillsquall. The party helped him recover some lost merchandise.
• Aurus – Magistrate in the town of Stillsquall. Introduced the party to Baron Johann Wildhurst.
• Belig – Goblin who was threatening the villagers in Thistle. Captured by the party and turned over to Squire Jern. Presumably executed.
• Borden – town councilman from the village of Thistle.
• Cordelia – Druid from the Spindrift Islands who helped out Ash and Líkami when they were on their babysitting duties near Kingsholm. Also cured Yosi and Freyrik from the diseases they contracted from a Wererat's bites.
• Erik Skaalheim – Baron who rules over Kingsholm, cousin to Johann Wildhurst.
• “The Grackle” (real name Jonas Westman) – captured by the party on January 19, 1111.
• Goffi – old dwarf beggar who can sometimes be a good source of information about events in Stillsquall.
• Hergon Hilltopple – Halfling cleric to … in Kingsholm.
• Ian Turbrand – town councilor and innkeeper in Kingsholm. Hired the party to investigate the trouble at "The Barrow of the Forgotten King".
• Jern – another town leader from Thistle.
• Johann Wildhurst – Baron of the “northern peninsula” in Southern Rota (including the party's home-town of Stillsquall). Somewhat of a patron to the party. Resides in the town of Feather.
• Ludvik - High Priest in Southbay who brought Yosi and Líkami back from the dead.
• Mia Desarna – Captain of the guard in Kingsholm.
• Ragna – One of two women who accompanied Ash and Líkami when they were on their babysitting duties near Kingsholm.
• Rianna – One of two women who accompanied Ash and Líkami when they were on their babysitting duties near Kingsholm.
• Sebastian - Cleric in Hardangar who cured Heilli of his blindness.
• Theron – ancient king, wielder of Merthúvial. Long dead.
• Tyra Yurling – Young woman imprisoned by the graverobbers in "The Barrow of the Forgotten King". Rescued by the party and returned to Kingsholm.
• Vald – Well-connected and wealthy member of Kingsholm's elite. Organized a mob of people against some foreigners under the mistaken belief they were involved in the killings at the “Barrow of the Forgotten King”.
• Xeron – mysterious leader of a band of graverobbers who stole King Theron's bones from under the cemetery near Kingsholm.
