CASE : Gerrard, Illusionist vs. “Wizard” (no legal name given), Illusionist
CHARGES : The unlawful and uninvited entrance to the claimant's property. The destruction by way of magical spells and summonings of the aforesaid property. The attempted murder of the claimant. The stealing of a spellbook from the claimant.
IN THE COURT OF OSROOT FENDOVER, HIGH PRIEST :
On this, the 16th day of April, in the year 1092 of the new age, by divine guidance, the court finds the defendant guilty of charges one, two, and four from the above list. As for charge three, a ruling will be made after a probationary period has elapsed so that the gravity of the charge may be assessed.
Based on the court's assessment of the situation and taking into consideration the defendant's acceptance of his arrest and his sanely manner in the courtroom, the court sentences him to a prison term w/o labor or daylight privaleges(sic) of six months for the first charge, two years for the second charge, and one year for the fourth charge, to be served in order from shortest to longest. After one year has elapsed in the sentence for charge two, the defendant is then entitled to a hearing wherein the remainder of his terms may be waived if good behavior is applicable. Also at this time, the sentence for charge three, if any, will be decided.
All personal possessions of the defendant will be preserved for claim upon legal completion of all sentences. See the case of The Southland2) city guard vs. Neville, Champion for further developments of this case.
