#5: "Sethar's Castle"

After uncovering the mystery of the “Mimic Demon”, the party begins following the clues and heads for the King's Island, where the wizard Sethar lives. He is the nearest member of Council of Wizards.

6 Aug

Book passage on a ship to the King's Island.

7 Aug

Head up to Sethar's castle, where they encounter an entrenched and paranoid staff. Eventually, they make it to Sethar himself – who they learn was nearly killed by the Mimic Demon.

On his deathbed, Sethar tells the party that the demon is motivated by a single-minded goal of stealing Neville's “power” – which it believes is like that of a god!
