Banaud'a began her career as a wife to a Drow priest of Vhaeraun, the Drow god of thievery. Her enclave, though, had been corrupted by the Shadowlord and their leader, a lich named Elm'eny deliberately sealed all vents and collapsed the entrance tunnel. This, combined with a powerful necromantic fire-effect led to the deaths of nearly every member of the enclave.

Banaud'a, though, was given a vision by the goddess Eilistraee and managed to escape the carnage.

Free of the evil influence of her drow house, she devoted herself to Eilistraee and has spent the months since traveling through the Underdark helping those in need and proselytizing as best she can (while avoiding the Lolth worshipers).

Met the V2 party in the Underdark city of “Pedestal” on October 8, 1111.
