This was a canonical (but out-of-sequence) adventure that used the pre-published adventure “Stone Dead” by Stan! - available from the Wizards of the Coast website: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/oa/20030530a

The adventure hook used was that the party had recently returned from the outer planes and needed some downtime, so they were advised by Karelia to go visit the sanitorium at Respite.
