Once the largest city in Lowland (sometimes referred to as “The Second Kingdom”), this city is now a necropolis – housed only by the undead. It is ruled over by the Lichlord Pelham.

Prior to the wars, it housed a thriving population governed by an elected Senate and its chosen “President” (also known by the ceremonial title of “King”), Re Xacnal.
